I fresh install win XP sp1. When I try to log in it asked me for password.
During the installation I wasn't asked for it. Could somebody help me,
please.

Hardly a hardware matter Smile

If you left the password open while installing, you can leave it
open now as well.
(So: just hit enter)

Don't forget to install SP2 BEFORE you connect to the internet !

Well if you have just done a fresh install, just do another one and either
take note of the password you enter, or don't enter one (press enter).

Are you sure you did a CLEAN install and not an UPGRADE install? If you
didn't reformat the disk then its probably using your previous account
information. If it was a clean install then it must have been a password you
entered.

If you don't have any joy I suggest starting again with a clean install -
just be sure to wipe the disk to be sure its a clean install.
