Post subject: what program to monitor PCI and AGP bus changes
Archived from groups: alt>comp>hardware>overclocking (more info?)

I want to play around with ramping up a HP Pavilion WinXP P4 2.6 machine
with a typical limited BIOS but have done some searching for this OEM
board (Asus P4SD-LA) and found a 04' discussion in Alliance of
Overclocking Arts were they used CPUCool to get it done with decent
success but there was no mention of the PCI and AGP bus issues.
hopefully that means they are locked and nothing to note but I don't
want to take any chances with corrupting data if possible so then, what
monitoring program is out there that will give me a look at the PCI and
AGP bus speeds to see if they are changing right from the start as I
adjust the FSB or maybe something that can lock those buses as well?
