In what way?
What power supply make/model/capacity/etc?
If it's generic, just replace it now.
What PCI vid card were these AGPs replacing?
Have you tried updating the bios or changing some agp-related bios
settings?
Take voltage readings with a multimeter and run <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.memtest86.com" target="_blank">http://www.memtest86.com</a>
