I am having a strange occurance with my new system build. When I do a turn off computer in windows xp pro xp1a the computer shuts off for like 15 seconds then restarts up again. Has anyone else seen a problem like this and know a work around. I have look around the bios and can find nothing that would cause this no can I find anything that I think might cause it in windows.
