i was resizing a parition with partition magic and it was in the 'moving
data' process. then my computer crashed. i was able to use file recovery
software to retrieve my files from the drive, however some files arent
opening.

it seems that those files are 'broken' in some way and need to be repaired.
is there anyway to do this? (i have not written to the drive since this
happened.)

For Pqrp data recovery, you can get the Findpart program at

http://www.partitionsupport.com/utilities.htm

do:

findpart all fp.txt

and mail me the file fp.txt.

The files must be copied from the Pqrp partition again, using another
method. The files copied cannot be repaired.
