RJ45s with UTP is good for 100meters at 10/100Mbps

There must be some wireless kit for this too - you're pretty much borderline
on distance though, any obsdtacles will probably be problematic for usual
kit.

30m? No problem! (In theory at least). For the most popular types of
Ethernet wiring, you can get to 100m before worrying about the maximum

Right, as long as there´s nothing "mean" around ) i.e. high voltage or
something like this.
The problem is that I don´t have any idea, what´s next or around the cable
because he doen´t mentioned it.
