This isn't a mailing list. This is a newsgroup, seen around the world by normal people,
AND e-mail "harvester" programs that grab addresses from posts to sell to spammers.
Never put your real address in a post, and you'll never get spam.
Oh, too late. You already did.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

You got it !

I am seeing numerous posts like this being spammed throughout UseNet.
In fact, the poster is spamming UseNet in some form of defamation attack.

All posts use the text, "...keeps sending me spam regarding this mailing list. Please remove
me from this list!" and using my email address.

It's the Wild, Wild, West out here !

Dave

I'm afraid she may have. Or maybe she needs to be more
circumspect about choosing email addresses. The last thing
I would want, is to put a bio on the web. It is an invitation
for all kinds of kookery.

exist !
