Assuming it's PS2, the links I gave you may go some way to helping you out.
The biggest problem is finding out which scancodes relate to which keys - I
had to use Linux to determine the escaped scancodes, but it should be easier
for you since I doubt the scancodes are escaped.

I can't recall which programs I used to grab scancodes - I think they were
mostly DOS based.
