I replaced my keyboard with Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Ke..

I replaced my keyboard with Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000.

It's "volume control WORKS (Mute / Nonmute)" as opposed to it's DECREASE AND
INCREASE SPEAKER VOLUME DOESN'T WORK on the keyboard!!! I get nothing.

I installed the IntelliType Pro software that came with it.

Everything else works.

I have WIN XP ver 2, 120 Gb HD, 2 Gb RAM.

How can I get the Decrease and Increase speaker volume to work. Thanks.
