retention clips P2 300 secc upgrading to P3 850 secc2

Question 1. I need brackets/rentention clips that hold a P3 secc2 in a
slot1.
I bought what I thought were universal brackets but there is no way
they will fit the P3 in this mobo (6ba+IV). I need the specific term
these brackets are identified by so I can find them somewhere. Can
someone point me to a picture of one?

Question 2. I believe I have the current BIOS. It allows me to set
the CPU speed to a max of 800Mhz. Soyo's web site says I can go to
850Mhz. I assume I would do manual settings for the CPU frequency,
CPU-Host/PCI clock and CPU Ratio but they do not say what it should
be. I do not want to overclock until it I get it working at the
designed speed.
