My apologies in advance if this issue has already been addressed.

My PC is running XP Home SP2, DSL connection. Outlook Express is my
email and newsgroup program. When I right-click on digital camera pics and
send them to be emailed, the Send Pictures via E-Mail program turns on and
performs the task. However, the following text is also inserted:

<<Note: To protect against computer viruses, e-mail programs may prevent
sending or receiving certain types of file attachments. Check your e-mail
security settings to determine how attachments are handled.>>

Is there a registry tweak or program that will get rid of that text?

Let me rephrase that last question. Is there a registry tweak or
program that will prevent that text from being inserted?

Never mind. I found a MS website that explains to do resolve this.
It involves some registry tweaking:

There is an easier way.

Tools>Options. On the Security tab uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be
saved or open......"

And under Download Images.
uncheck "Block images and other content in HTML e-mail".
