Karen,
you might be lucky with getting a driver at the following url:
http://www.helpdrivers.com/ingles/listado/panel.asp?marca=Samsung&perif=camaras
although they do charge a small amount for it.
That should work to connect the camera to the PC.
If the 32mb card is working with the card reader but not the camera then it
has probably
been formatted in a way that the camera cannot understand. Possibly XP has
formatted it
as FAT32 ?. Try reformatting the card in the camera if it will let you.
Hopefully this camera
will support 32mb cards which are not really too large for it.
Hope that this helps. Christmas lunch prevents me searching more but
Samsung's site is
not very helpful
All the best

I bought my daughter this digital camera for xmas, second hand, as a
stocking filler. It came with a 2mb smartmedia card and serial cable but no
driver disk. I bought a 32mb card and a USB card reader to go with it.
Here's the problem.
1 - The 2mb card works with the camera to take photos but not with the card
reader to get the photos on to the PC.
2 - The 32mb card works with the card reader but not with the camera, I get
error E1 on the camera.
3 - I have no driver for XP to use the cable with the PC to download the
photos from.
4 - I have downloaded XP drivers but they don't seem to work and have no
idea how to get the serial cable to work with the PC.
So we have a disappointed 15 yr old here.
Any help or advice gratefully appreciated.
Karen
