Ok, what you need to do is to sell all your ram on ebay and then order
some fast ram. To be safe, I'd get PC3700 minimum. Now oncew you have
that, start raising the FSB. Run ram and FSB in sync. The defaulty
multiplier for your cpu is 11.5. Lower that to 10-11. Run FSB at 190-210,
11x200=2200MHz. A good setting.

Athlon XP 2500+ How Hot is to Hot? - Hi, How hot is too hot for the Athlon XP 2500+ "Barton"? I've had one spotaneous reboot in three days and I'm concerned. I've seen it up around 107 F occasionally. Too hot? What's the maximum?

AMD Athlon 3000 / 400 Mhz FSB - Hi folks, When looking for a Processor, I found that AMD offers a 3 year warantee on 3200/400 and 3000/333 but not the 3000/400. The 3000/400 is also not sold in a retail box, and dealers seem to give ~ 30 day warantee for them. Any clues ?..

Athlon 64 3200+ - Have ordered a rather elaborate system (locally-built) around this chip (w/Gigabyte nForce 3 board). Has anyone any experience with similar setup yet? Thanks in advance.

Is there anyone really using athlon 64 **Right Now** - Hey, is there any one really using an Athlon 64 based machine **RIGHT NOW**? I mean are you actually reading this news group on an Athlon 64 box or have one right beside you? What OS are you using? 64bit Linux? --- what are the apps you use on daily..

Is an Athlon XP 2500+ better than a 2400+? - I ordered a system with an Athlon XP 2400+, which is (i think) a 2 Ghz processor. I received a system with an Athlon 2500+, which sells for $20 more but is (I think) a 1.833 Ghz processor. Should I be pleased about having gotten a more expensive..
