How do I disable the onboard video, so that I can add an agp card, and
stop memory sharing?

Put in the AGP card, then go into BIOS and turn off the memory sharing under
Advanced Chipset Features (set VGA Share Memory Size to Disabled)

If its like SN41G then the onboard video is automatically disabled when you
plug in an AGP card

Im planning buying the 41g2, and wonder about the builtin geforce4mx card.
How is the performance
when playing counter-strike 1.6 ? Does it use the memory from the ddr-slots
(how does that work)
Im just going to play some CS, will that integrated card work or is it
better to buy sn45g and a seperate agp-card?

regards
/martin
