I RMA'd a KT400 and now with the one I got back it won't post
at all. I have installed the RAM, video card and cpu and turned it
on. No beeps and no picture, just fan spinning. I've tried clearing
the CMOS but it still doesn't work for me. Any suggestions?

install XP with the BIOS set to load fail-safe defaults beforehand and
with minimal devices, just video, and on board sound and NIC if desired/
enabled

if it boots then it should be able to load windows if the BIOS is set
correctly and the ram is decent quality
