Every motherboard on the Epox store site is out of stock. Does anyone know
if they replenish their stock of refurb mobos periodically or once a
particular model is gone, is it gone forever?

Lee, what were you looking for? I just went to the EPoX website and over
half
the boards were in stock including, Intel and AMD boards. FYI I believe the
only
form of payment they're accepting is PayPal. EPoX had some issues w/ their
site
being hacked. FWIW I've found EPoX very accommodating re their store.

Sight being hacked? I thought it was a crooked employee who was using
customer's credit card numbers.

The next day, everything seemed to be available again. I am considering
replacing my 8RDA+ with leaky caps (although it seems to be running ok) and
was also considering a board with one of the newer VIA chipsets to replace
my 8KHA+ (which by some miracle has absolutely no leaky caps.)

Guess I posted a day too soon Smile

Successful Epox store purchase - I ordered a 4PDA2+ using Paypal. Quick shipment. No problems. I've yet to install the board. Looks like the caps may be different from the older models--think I bought my 2 originals sometime in 2003. Just thought I'd note a successful transaction. ..

Are the refurbished mobo's from the Epox store ok? - The failing caps on my 8RDA+ are apparently causing the voltage fluctuations I'm seeing. The refurbs say they have all new caps. Are they essentially as good as new then?

HDD question on Epox 8KHA+ - Hello there, Some questions regarding HDD's on 8KHA+: -Can I use a HDD of 200 GB on ATA100? I think I have read somewhere that the capacity of HDD on ATA100 is limited to X Gb? -Can I use my ordinary ATA-drives on future SATA-Mb's, or are they..

One more question about old Epox mobo - Hi, On this P55TV2 mobo, there's a jumper that allows you to set 5V or 12V BIOS programming. I was going through the manual, and I noticed that there's also a jumper to set "BIOS BOOTBLOCK" (enabled or default). I was wondering if this latte...

Epox Tech Support can you answer this question - Why is it that the NVidia drivers that come on the drivers disc do not install properly in Win 98. I have five different motherboards (1 X EP-8RDA+, 1 X EP-8RDA3G, 3 X EP-8RGMI) and the drivers are impossible to install. I got them loaded on one board bu...
