No streaming Audio from Websites With Cams

Ok, heres a tough one.
I am running XP pro with nothing really tricked on it. I have Winap for my shoutcast streams I listen to, I have Real PLayer for Burning CDs and I have Media player. OK all works fine except I have this one issue.
When I access my own website for cam and audio( Axis cam and Axis 2191 audio module) I get no audio and "a wave initailize problem"..I usually get this error when I have another program running that has captured the sound card--- so to speak--its usually a quick fix, go shut down winap or whatever and the audio comes alive on my web site...NOT SO anymore----I can get the audio on any other PC but mine--- I had a virus recently and I think it screwed my association files...Also another odd thing-- when I talk into the mic- I get my vioce right back thru the speakers, but I have no programs running. I have run a few cleaners Spybot- adaware- CC and all of them have given a clean bill of health! HELP I want to get audio from my cam again!~ John
