Any suggestions about overclocking 8knxp

I can't reach 3GHz with 2.4 P4C....
Actually; fsb:241 ratio 5/4 with xms corsair 3200 (2,3,3,6) +0.2V
Vcore just under 2.600 temp: 43°C with intel fan

Any Idea ???????

Did you try any lower settings successfully before charging in with a
25% overclock?
