tiger mpx s2466-4m problem, need help

My motherboard has been working no problem for a number of years.
Yesterday, it failed POST with 1 long beep, two short. I've replaced the
battery and reset the cmos memory. I've even replaced the bootrom with
an identical from another motherboard, still one long beep, two short.
How can I get more info off the board regarding the problem?
