can't get usb 2.0 to work on shuttle pc

Post subject: can't get usb 2.0 to work on shuttle pc
Archived from groups: alt>comp>periphs>mainboard>shuttle (more info?)
I got my shuttle SK83g set up (Athlong 64 cpu), but I keep getting
errors saying there are NO HIGH SPEED USB HOST CONTROLLERS INSTALLED on
the computer. I know all these usb ports on the sk83g are supposed to
be USB 2.0. I have XP SP2. How do I get them to be recognized?
