It looks like S3 recommends the ones that are included with XP.

If you wish to play with other drivers, Google will help.

You could try here: <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.s3graphics.com" target="_blank">www.s3graphics.com</a> but I'm not sure you'll find anything
that isn't already included with XP.
