Hello,
I am building a PC in which I want it to connect to my TV through
s-video instead of a monitor. I am not very experienced with video
cards of this sort. Are there video cards that are able to
automatically go through s-video on PC boot, and if so are there an
recommendations for a decently cheap price? Thanks!

I'm not very much known with vga-cards but I do know the one you want
is rather special. Maybe it's easier to find a vga-to-video adapter
which you can use on a standard vga-card.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
