Has anyone encountered this problem and/or has a fix? I'm running an athlon
2200 with 512 ddr ram, ati 9100 radeon video card, kworld video capture card,
windvr came on cd with capture card, and philips acoustic sound card, on dual
boot xp/.win 98, running on xp
